AUSX OPEN “Vote for Your Favorite Rider” Competition – Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of the competition’s closing date: Sunday, 27 July 2025 at 11:59pm AEST. The competition is open to Australian residents only. Employees (and their immediate families) of AUSX OPEN or any associated agencies are ineligible to enter.
Competition Period
The competition commences on Friday, 27 July 2025 at 5:00pm AEST, and concludes on Sunday, 27th August 2024 at 11:59pm AEST.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must vote for your top 5 favorite rider via the official competition page. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected by random draw and announced on Tuesday, 29th July 2025 12:00pm AEST.
The winner will be contacted via the email address and/or phone number provided during entry within two (2) business days of the draw. AUSX OPEN takes no responsibility for emails not received due to spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or other technical issues.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted after three (3) attempts, a new winner will be drawn.

1x Signed AUSX rider jersey
Total prize pool value: $929.99 AUD (approx.)
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. The prize does not include transport, accommodation, or any other associated costs.
General Terms
The prize is available only to entrants who have voted and provided accurate contact information.
If the winner is unable to accept or attend (where applicable), the prize will be forfeited.
AUSX OPEN reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition at any time due to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, or any other causes beyond its control which may affect the integrity of the competition.
AUSX OPEN reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
Rights Granted by You
By entering this competition, you grant AUSX OPEN and its affiliates the right to use your name, entry, and likeness (including photo, voice, or statements) for promotional, marketing, or publicity purposes in any media, globally and in perpetuity, without compensation—unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Personal information collected during this competition will be handled in accordance with the AUSX OPEN Privacy Policy and will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this competition and contacting the winner.
