EAM AUSTRALIA REIGNS SUPREME SECURING BACK-TO-BACK MOTOCROSS OF NATIONS TITLES IN INDIANA
Hunter and Jett Lawrence lead a dominant sweep at Ironman Raceway in Indiana (USA), setting the stage for an epic Boost Mobile AUSX Open homecoming on November 22, in Marvel Stadium.
USTRALIA — Australia has done it again.
Team Australia, led by brothers Hunter and Jett Lawrence, have claimed their second consecutive Motocross of Nations (MXoN) title, conquering the world stage at Ironman Raceway, Indiana. The dominant performance saw the Lawrence brothers sweep all three motos, with Hunter taking two race wins and Jett securing the opener — delivering one of the most commanding MXoN victories in history.
The historic result cements the Lawrence brothers’ legacy as global motocross powerhouses and solidifies Team Australia’s position at the pinnacle of international competition. Hunter and Jett were joined by teammate Kyle Webster, who battled adversity to finish strong after first-turn crashes in both of his motos, in 15th and 13th respectively.
“I’m at a loss for words,” Hunter said from the top of the podium. “I’m so proud of the team. Kyle rode his heart out, Jett had an unreal first moto. Australia — we did it, baby. Back-to-back!”
Despite early chaos in the final moto, Jett Lawrence recovered from a first-turn tangle to charge through the pack and finish on the podium, securing Australia’s championship win over Team USA and France.
“It was a tough one,” Jett said. “I spun up out of the gate and got collected, but we fought back. That’s what it’s all about — heart, fight, and pride for Australia.”
Australia’s clean sweep across all three motos marks an unprecedented era for the green and gold on the world stage — and now aussie fans will get their only chance to witness the champions live and in action when Hunter and Jett return home for the AUSX Open at Marvel Stadium on Saturday, 22 November.
The AUSX Open marks the grand final of the 2025 Boost Mobile AUSX Supercross Championship, where the Lawrence brothers will once again headline an all-star lineup of international and Australian talent in front of a packed Melbourne crowd of close to 40,000 spectators.
