Children aged three (3) and over require a ticket to access the Corporate Experience and to be allocated a grandstand seat.

Children under three (3) are free to attend (seated on an adult lap).

While children are welcome in our Corporate Experience with a valid ticket, we recommend Boxes and Suites as the ideal setting for families, offering a more private and comfortable environment for younger guests.

Family Friendly options for children include:

There is no child ticket price for Corporate Experiences.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that your booking has been secured. Closer to the event, we will send through a full information pack covering all the details you need, including timings, access points, and more.

Tickets are sent out approximately one to two weeks prior to the event, along with all important event information. If you have purchased a Suite or Box for a group, you will receive the individual tickets to distribute amongst your guests.

Food and beverage packages are not included in your Corporate Experience unless clearly stated in your inclusions. Pre-ordering of food and beverage packages for Suites and Boxes will be available — check back here for more details closer to the event.

Anyone can purchase a ticket to the Athlete Lounges including children of all ages.

Children 3 and over will be required to purchase a ticket. There are no child prices for Corporate Experiences.

All sales are final. Refunds will only be provided if the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. If you wish to change the name of the person attending the experience, please contact Gemma Stevens, Senior Manager – Partnerships & Hospitality.

Q: Can children participate in the track walk?

A: Yes, children are permitted but must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times.

Q: Is there a minimum age for the track walk?

A: There is no set age limit; however, all participants must be capable of safely walking the track without assistance.

Q: Can I carry my child during the track walk?

A: For safety reasons, all participants must be able to walk the track themselves. Carrying children (in arms, prams, or carriers) is not permitted.

Q: Is the track walk suitable for prams, strollers?

A: Due to the nature of the dirt surface and obstacles, prams, strollers, are not suitable for the track walk.

Q: Can I take photos during the track walk?

A: Yes, photos are encouraged, but please stay within the designated walking areas and follow all staff instructions.

Q: What can I wear for track walk?

A: Closed-toe shoes are permitted. Please note the surface is dirt and uneven in areas. Anyone without closed shoes will not be able to enter the track walk. You will be provided with shoe covers before entering the track if you would like to keep your shoes clean.

Q: Will my shoes be protected on the track?

A: Shoe covers will be provided upon entry to the track to keep your shoes clean.

Pre-sale for all General Admission ticketing — including Ultimate VIP, VIP, Gold, and Family — will be released on 23 June, with general release to follow on 25 June.

This event is expected to sell out fast, so don’t wait to secure your seats.

All General Admission tickets are handled by Ticketmaster.

Digital Tickets will be released to ticketholders 1 month prior to the event and will be available in your Ticketmaster account.

No, a digital ticket is just as valid as a physical ticket. As long as each guest has their own individual ticket, you’ll be fine.

These premium tickets are available in some ticket categories, covering the first 2 seats from each aisle. They incur a $10 surcharge each.
