By purchasing a ticket to the Event during the Promotion Period, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion commences on [16th July 2026] and closes at [30th August 2026] (“Promotion Period”), or when ticket sales for the Event close, whichever is earlier. Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

1. The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who purchase a valid ticket to the Event during the Promotion Period, except as set out below.
2. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, AUSX Events, Boost Mobile, Monster Energy, GMHBA Stadium, participating accommodation and travel partners, and any agency associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. Only one entry per ticket purchased. Multiple ticket purchases result in multiple entries, one per ticket.

4. How To Enter

No purchase other than a valid Event ticket is necessary to enter the prize draw. To enter:

1. Purchase a ticket to the Event via [Ticketmaster / official ticketing partner] during the Promotion Period.
2. Entry into the prize draw is automatic upon valid ticket purchase — no additional action, code, or form is required.

5. The Prize

There is one (1) prize available to be won (“Prize”), consisting of:

• VIP hospitality — 2 day upgrade
• Meet & greet with Ken Roczen
• Photo opportunity
• Signed race-worn memorabilia
• Premium merchandise pack

Total approximate retail value of the Prize: $2,000 AUD (inclusive of GST). Values are approximate and based on recommended retail value at the time of preparing these Terms; actual value may vary.

1. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part.
2. Where a Prize component becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that component for one of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions of a regulator.
3. The winner does not receive access to any other talent activity or appearance not explicitly listed above. For clarity, the Prize does not include participation in any surf, ocean or water-based activity with Ken Roczen.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

1. The winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all eligible entries on 30th September 2026.2. The draw will be conducted by [Promoter] and is not open to the public.
2. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact details provided at ticket purchase, within [2] business days of the draw.
3. If a winner cannot be contacted within [5] business days of the draw, or does not respond to claim the Prize within [2] business days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
4. The winner's name (and, where permitted, town/state) may be published on the Promoter's website and social media channels, and, where required by permit conditions, in a nominated publication.

7. Travel & Accommodation Offer

In addition to the Prize draw, the Promotion includes the following offers available to all ticket holders. These offers are not part of the Prize and are available on a non-conditional basis to any ticket holder who meets the stated criteria:

Flights: fares referenced in Promotion materials (e.g. “from $89 one-way”) are indicative only, correct at the time of publication, subject to availability, and offered by third-party airlines not affiliated with the Promoter. The Promoter makes no guarantee as to the availability or final price of any airfare.

8. General Conditions

1. The Promoter's decision in connection with the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters, and no correspondence will be entered into.
2. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms or who tampers with the entry process.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion or these Terms if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Promoter's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, subject to any written directions of a regulator.
4. Ken Roczen's participation in the Event and the Prize is subject to his ongoing availability, fitness, and the terms of his engagement with AUSX. In the unlikely event Ken Roczen is unable to participate for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a comparable athlete experience or Prize component of equal or greater value.
5. The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the Promotion and may disclose it to third parties, including but not limited to prize suppliers and, where legally required, regulatory bodies.
6. By entering, the winner consents to the Promoter using their name, likeness, and image in any media for a reasonable period after the Promotion for the purpose of promoting this and future Promotions, without further compensation.
7. Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
