KTM AUSTRALIA ANNOUNCED AS A MAJOR PARTNER OF THE 2024 AUSX OPEN
The Australian Supercross Championship (AUSX) is thrilled to announce KTM as a Major Partner of the 2024 AUSX Open, with the brand announced as the Official SX1 Class Naming Rights sponsor. This marks KTM’s return as an official partner, bringing added support and energy to the highly anticipated championship showdown on November 30, inside Marvel Stadium.
The premier class championship of the 2024 series continues to heat up as internationals Joey Savatgy and Dean Wilson trade blows, however KTM’s own Nathan Crawford returned to competition in Wollongong and is eager to make an impact and challenge for podiums as the season progresses.
The addition of the worlds best racers in Jett and Hunter Lawrence, plus Cooper Webb to the final round only raises the stakes at the championship decider in Melbourne.
Mick Sinclair, Motorsport Manager for the Australian Supercross Championship, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership:
“Having KTM step in as the SX1 Class sponsor is fantastic for AUSX and a great sign of the positive trajectory supercross is on. Their commitment to supporting racing and competition beyond their own roster, will only enrich the experience for everyone in the stadium on November 30, and the many viewers tuning into the broadcast around the world.”
Rosie Lalonde, Marketing Manager for KTM Australia, added:
“The AUSX Open is a perfect fit for KTM. The event epitomises a strong commitment to delivering an amazing experience for its customers and continued growth and expansion of motorcycling and racing. With this partnership, we’re thrilled to amplify the SX1 action and bring even more excitement to the Pit Party with our KTM activation, where fans can purchase exclusive KTM PowerWear. We can’t wait to make this season finale an unforgettable event for fans and riders alike.”
This collaboration is just the beginning of many announcements for the AUSX Open. With the stellar lineup in the SX category, fans are in for the ultimate finale showdown not to be missed.
